Fatal Motorcycle Crash Near Brownwood

 

BROWNWOOD, TX – The Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed Tuesday that a fatal motorcycle crash occurred North of Brownwood Sunday. 

According to the Texas DPS, on June 14 at around 7:40 p.m., troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety were dispatched to county road 563, 25 miles north of Brownwood, for the report of possible fatal crash. 

When they arrived they found a 2005 Honda Motorcycle that had crashed in the bar ditch. 

The driver, Aaron Anthony Olivarri, male, 31, of Brownwood, was dead when the Troopers arrived on scene. The passenger, Brittany Nicole Pierce, female, 30, of Brownwood, was transported to John Peter Smith hospital in Fort Worth with stable/non-incapacitating injury. 

Further investigation revealed the motorcycle was heading North on CR-563. The driver lost control of the vehicle while in a curve, went into the bar ditch, and flipped over.
