FedEx Truck and 18-Wheeler Crash on Hwy 277

ABILENE, TX – A FedEx truck crashed into an 18-wheeler tanker truck on Hwy 277 near Abilene on Wednesday morning.

According to KTXS, at approximately 9:15 a.m. the FedEx truck crashed into the back of the 8-wheeler after it came over the hill and couldn't stop in time.

According to DPS, the tanker was broken down on the northbound lanes of Hwy 277. The driver of the FedEx truck was transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
