SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo firefighters were dispatched to a fire call at River Crest Hospital in San Angelo Friday afternoon.
River Crest is an 80-bed psychiatric hospital for individuals of all ages, we offer inpatient and outpatient treatment programs for mental health and substance use disorders.
Two fire trucks could be seen as firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze located on a fence line.

Firefighters easily put out the blaze which burned part of a wooden fence.
No one was injured and patients were not in danger.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
