Three Killed in Coleman County Plane Crash Identified

 

ABILENE, TX – The three men on board the airplane which crashed in Coleman County Thursday have been identified. 

KTXS is reporting the passengers were Clever Whitener, 70, and Gary Morrison, 65, both of Abilene. 

Friday morning the pilot was identified as 31-year-old Chase Bellah of Brownwood. 

As we reported Thursday, the King Air took off from Abilene and was headed to south Texas. 

The pilot reported electrical issues and was attempting to return to Abilene when it crashed in Coleman County.
