WATCH: Another Rollover Crash on Dangerous Stretch of FM-2288

 

GRAPE CREEK, TX – Texas Department of Public Safety troopers are investigating a rollover crash on a dangerous, curvy stretch of FM-2288 between San Angelo and Grape Creek Thursday afternoon.

The white SUV appeared to roll over and land on its side in the barrow ditch next to the pavement. 

There is no information on injuries or citations at this time. 

Scanner reports indicate the driver may have been trapped inside the vehicle for a brief time. 

Volunteer firefighters with the Grape Creek VFD responded to the crash along with DPS troopers.

I don't understand, this is not a bad stretch of road. The speed limit is 60 mph and most people drive less than that. If you can't drive on a 60 mph road, please, stay off the other roads or just stay home!!!
