SAN ANGELO, TX – Both drivers escaped injury in a Wednesday morning crash near Goodfellow Air Force Base at the intersection of Paint Rock and Old Christoval Roads.
According to San Angelo Police Department Traffic Division investigating officer Younts, a dark blue van was westbound on Paint Rock Rd. and a red Buick passenger car was eastbound on Paint Rock Rd.

Officer Younts said the van attempted to turn south onto Old Christoval Rd. in the path of the Buick causing the crash.
The driver of the van was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.
