SAN ANGELO, TX – A crash at a dangerous downtown San Angelo intersection injured one driver Tuesday morning.
According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officers at the scene at the intersection of Abe St. and Beauregard Ave., a red compact car crashed into a white Toyota Landcruiser.

Investigators say the Toyota ran the red light causing the crash.
The driver of the red vehicle was taken to the hospital by ambulance with minor injuries.
The driver of the Toyota was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way at a signal light.
