WATCH: Dogs Escape Injury in Loop 306 Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – One person was reportedly injured in a two vehicle crash near the overpass of U.S. Highway 87 S. and the Loop 306 access road Monday afternoon. 

According to Texas Department of Public Safety trooper Morante, a black Hyundai was northbound on U.S. 87 and a silver Honda was stopped at a stop sign westbound on Loop 306 near the overpass.

The black Hyundai ran the stop sign causing the silver Honda to T-bone the Hyundai.  

The driver of the Hyundai was reportedly transported to the hospital via ambulance with undisclosed injuries.

There were two dogs in the Honda that weren't injured. 

The driver of the Hyundai will be issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.
