Both Drivers Claim Right of Way in Early Afternoon Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A silver Dodge, southbound on Abe, and a tan passenger traveling westbound on Washington, failed to yield the right of way and crashed just before noon.

Both drivers claim they had a green light, but there are no witnesses that can verify either version. Officer Younts responded to the scene and stated that citations are pending until they can determine who had the right-of-way.

The officer also stated that SAPD would be looking for security cam footage that can corroborate either of the versions provided by the drivers. No injuries were reported in the crash.
