Police Search For Man Who Drove Through Fence & Killed Horse

MIDLAND COUNTY, TX – On Sunday, October 20th a driver busted through a gate of a property on the corner of the County Rd 1140 and County Rd 120, causing extensive damage and injuring a horse.

According to CBS7, the driver hit the horse and then got stuck in a pond on the property. While the suspect called someone to help get his Ford pickup out of the pond, the horse was laying nearby with extensive injuries that would eventually result in him being put down.
