Driver Causes Crash In Busy Intersection After Running Red Light

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A driver traveling southbound on Southwest Blvd. caused a brief traffic hold up Thursday afternoon. 

At around 3 o'clock, a white Honda Pilot was heading south and ran a red light at the Southwest Blvd./Loop 306 frontage road intersection.  On the frontage road, a white Toyota Tacoma was driving east with the green light when it struck the Honda Pilot.

No one was injured, but both drivers were issued citations.  The driver of the Honda received one for failing to stop at a red light, and the driver of the Tacoma received one for an expired registration.
