Volunteer Firefighters Battling Multiple Wild Fires in Tom Green County

SAN ANGELO, TX – Volunteer firefighters Sunday afternoon are fighting multiple wildfires off of HWY 208 between San Angelo and Robert Lee. 

Scanner reports indicate there were several controlled burns in the area. 

Volunteer firefighters from Quail Valley were the first to respond.  

Scanner reports indicate they found several controlled burns in the area. 

They also found at least two fires which were not reported as controlled burns. 

This is a developing story.
