SAN ANGELO, TX – One driver was sent to the hospital Thursday afternoon after his pickup was rear-ended at the intersection of Harris Ave. and Randolph St.
According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Long, the driver of a silver Dodge Ram pickup was eastbound on Harris Ave. and was stopped at the light.
The driver of a white van apparently didn't see the pickup stopped at the light and crashed into the pickup from behind.

Officer Long says the driver of the pickup was transported to the hospital by ambulance with unknown injuries.
The driver of the van was issued a citation for failure to control speed at the scene of an accident.
