WATCH: One Injured in Crash on the way to School

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The morning commute to school was interrupted for people in one vehicle Friday morning as a Honda Accord crashed into the back of a Dodge Caravan sending one person to the hospital. 

The crash occurred in the 4200 block of W. Houston Harte near Suddenlink.  

According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Loudermilk, the Caravan was stopped at the yield sign waiting on traffic coming down the off ramp from Houston Harte.

The driver of the Honda crashed into the back of the Caravan. 

The front passenger in the Caravan was transported by ambulance to Shannon Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.  

The driver of the Honda was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.
