SAN ANGELO, TX -- A man was attacked by a swarm of bees outside of his home today.
On June 26, the San Angelo Fire Department was dispatched to the 2600 block of Jomar St. for a swarm of bees that had attacked a man.
When firefighters arrived they found the man outside of his house with numerous bee stings.
The firefighters got into their bee suits and exterminated the bee hive that was located on the side of a shed in the backyard.
A bee keeper will come out later and remove the honeycomb from the wall.
The victim of the attack was treated on the scene for his stings.
