Wild Scenes Unfold After Rollover Crash in Abilene

ABILENE, TX -- First responders had their hands full following a rollover crash in south Abilene late Monday night.

Emergency crews responded to a rollover crash on Veteran's Drive around 11:10 p.m. They found one vehicle on its roof in a field next to Allsup's, KTXS reports.

One occupant of the overturned vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries and had to be transported to a local hospital.

A large group gathered at the scene of the crash and KTXS reports there were conflicts among the group. There were reportedly conflicts between the group before the crash as well.

Those involved in the conflict then moved to the Little Elm Condos on South 7th Street. Shots were reportedly fired, but no victim was found.

The Abilene Police Department said the individuals involved were not cooperating with their investigation into the crash or the incidents that followed.
