DPS Trooper says Seat Belt Saved Woman's Life in Rollover Near Anson

ANSON, TX -- A woman can thank her seat belt for saving her life after her car rolled over multiple times just south of Anson on Tuesday.

The Texas Department of Public Safety told KTXS the woman was northbound on US Highway 277 when she veered into the median and "flipped a couple of times before stopping."

The woman didn't suffer any life-threatening injuries, but had to be cut out of the vehicle when emergency crews responded.

The responding Trooper told KTXS it was the seat belt that saved the woman's life.
