SAN ANGELO, TX -- The severe thunderstorms that blew through the San Angelo area Saturday morning caused major damage across the city but especially in the Bradford neighborhood.

There is another round of storms entering San Angelo now.
The damage appears to have been caused by a tornado which was indicated by radar.
Police and firefighters went house to house to rescue people.
Bradford elementary and Goliad elementary schools have been opened as emergency shelters.
Trees limbs were downed in the Santa Rita and College Hills areas.
Streets were flooded all over the city and first responders were called to water rescues in several locations as a vehicle was washed away on Southwest Blvd. by McDonalds.
This is a dangerous and developing situation.

Just think about how bad this would be if there was actually any climate change, these common occurrences would be devastating.
