WATCH: Driver Arrested After Crashing into a Brick Wall

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The driver of a Dodge Ram pickup was arrested after his truck slammed into a retaining wall near Bowie and 36th streets Tuesday morning.

The driver was reportedly uninjured. 

According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Loudermilk, the pickup was traveling southbound on Bowie. 

The driver said he fell asleep and crashed into the retaining wall. 

The driver was issued a citation for failure to control speed.

Was the gentleman arrested as the title claims and the video appears to show, or just issued a citation as the article reads? Once again an article where title does not match what is reported.
