Woman and Infant Escape Injury in Monday Afternoon Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A woman and her one-year-old child escaped injury Monday afternoon when her GMC Acadia was rear ended by a Ford F-150 four door pickup near the intersection of N. Bryant and 7th Streets.  

According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Welch, the GMC was southbound on N. Bryant stopped in traffic at the red light when the Ford failed to stop and rear ended the GMC.

Officer Welch says there was extensive damage to the Ford but the GMC was drivable.  

No one was injured. 

The driver of the Ford was issued a citation for failure to control speed.
