Rodeo Traffic: Crash on N. Chadbourne at 31st Street Blocks Traffic

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Rodeo traffic was slowed on N. Chadbourne St. just before 5 p.m. Wednesday because of a two car crash at the intersection of 31st St. and N. Chadbourne St.

According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Welch a red Hyundai Accent was westbound on 31st St. at the stop sign and couldn't see because of a food truck at the corner.

She pulled out into traffic on N. Chadbourne St. into the path of a white Dodge Ram 1500 pickup which was northbound on N. Chadbourne St.

The pickup then crashed into the Hyundai sending it into a nearby yard.

Officer Welch says the driver of the Hyundai was injured and was taken to Shannon Medical Center by ambulance with non-incapacitating injuries.

The Hyundai driver will be cited for failure to yield the right of way and for driving while her license is suspended.
