2 in Critical Condition After 2 Vehicle Crash on 277 Near Abilene

 

ABILENE, TX -- A two-vehicle crash on US 277 near F.M. 707 left two people in critical condition Sunday night.

The crash happened around 9:45 p.m. according to KTXS.

One person had to be freed after becoming entrapped in a vehicle that rolled "multiple times."

The other vehicle involved, an SUV, was badly damaged and came to rest next to a utility pole.

At least one person was taken by a medical helicopter, according to the report.

DPS is currently investigating the crash and a preliminary report has yet to be released.
