SAN ANGELO, TX -- Two people were injured in a two vehicle crash at the intersection of S. Randolph and W. Twohig streets Monday afternoon.

San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Loudermilk says a red Nissan was westbound on Twohig and had the right of way.

A Hyundai Sonata was southbound on Randolph at a stop sign.

The driver of the Sonata entered the intersection and crashed into the Nissan.

The passenger and the driver of the Nissan were transported to Shannon Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the Sonata will be issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way.
