Driver Cited for No License and No Insurance in Monday Afternoon Crash

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- One driver was injured in a Monday afternoon in a two vehicle crash on Oaks St. downtown.

According to San Angelo Police Department investigating officer Welch, a Dodge Caliber was eastbound on 6th St. at the intersection of N. Oaks St. 

The driver of a Chevrolet Trax was northbound on Oaks St. and told officer Welch she had a yellow light and sped up to make it. 

Her car crashed into the Dodge.  There were no citations issued because the cause of the crash is ongoing. 

The driver of the Trax was transported to the hospital with undisclosed injuries. 

The driver of the Dodge was issued citations for driving without a license and no insurance.
