Kia Crashes into Corner of House Near Goodfellow Air Force Base

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A woman driving a Kia SUV missed a turn in East San Angelo and crashed into the corner of a house Friday afternoon.  

The crash happened just after 3 p.m.  Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers and Tom Green County Sheriff's Deputies investigated the crash. 

The driver appeared to be disoriented and DPS troopers conducted a field sobriety test.  

The crash happened near the intersection of Decoty Dr. and Joiner Ave. in the Tyler Terrace subdivision east of Goodefellow Air Force Base.  

The SUV appears to have been headed southbound on Decoty Dr. and missed the corner crashing into the house.  

No one appears to have been injured.  There was structural damage to the house and damage to the vehicle.  

The crash is still under investigation.
