Child Dies From Injuries After Home Explosion in Midland County

 

LUBBOCK, TX — One of the children from the Midland County home explosion who was in extremely critical condition has died.  

According to the Midland County Sheriff’s Office Delaney Tercero, 3, died Saturday afternoon at the University Medical Center in Lubbock.

According to EverythingLubbock.com she was among the 4 victims of the home explosion who were seriously injured and transported to Lubbock for medical treatment.

The Midland County Sheriff’s Office identified the other victims of the explosion, Auden Tercero, 32, Lucia Cereceres, 29, and Dalayza Tercero, 2. All three of the family are in critical condition.

Lucia and Dalayza still have breathing tubes.

“The relatives of this family are requesting that the public PLEASE keep this family in their prayers as they have a very, very long way to go,” according to the Midland County Sheriff’s Office.
