Toxicology Report Released from Deadly Crash from Mid July

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — On July 11, Darren Jesus Martinez, 17, died in the early hours that Wednesday after crashing his pickup at the intersection of Sherwood Way and Ave. N.

Martinez’s black dually pickup crashed into two NAPA Auto Parts pickup trucks parked in front of their building. Martinez was pronounced dead at 3:00 a.m. at the scene by Justice of the Peace Susan Werner. JP Werner requested a toxicology report be conducted.

The toxicology report shows that the victim’s Blood Alcohol Concentration was 0.144.

Adults over 21 are considered legally intoxicated with a BAC of 0.08.

There is no legal limit for individuals under 21.
