Alleged Drunk Driver Mows Down Traffic Light, Power Pole While 2 Children Were Riding Along

The title of article is incorrect as she was arrested for intoxication. This woman was not only intoxicated, she was driving with invalid license; no insurance; failure to control speed; and driving with an open container of alcohol. This woman should not be driving. She should be given jail time for endangering her children. This woman should walk, asked friends to drive her, take a taxi, but now longer allow to drive a vehicle. Where are the Lawyers and Public Officials? Stop this woman from driving.

The subject of the article, imo, drunk driving laws are not working. Just look at the arrest record every weekend in this town. At least someone reported this ass. She should lose custody of her children. I can`t imagine ever getting behind the wheel after drinking. I am never intoxicated anyway, but it is clear that this woman doesn`t give a damn about the law. No licence, no insurance, and her kids in the vehicle. Unreal...

I agree with the law is NOT working. They don't care about tickets or fines because they never pay them. I suggested taking the vehicles right then and there or jail. The remark was made to me that the jails were full. So....we just let them run loose and continue driving drunk, drugged, no insurance, and no license. While the rest of society pays out the nose for insurance to cover them, not to mention risking our lives driving around with them loose to drive however they want. Unbelievable! The law only works for those who abide and obey!
