Driver Transported to Hospital Following Wreck in Wall

 

WALL, TX-- A black Ford Mustang was involved in a crash on Highway 87 Friday afternoon.

According to the Wall Volunteer Fire Department, a red Ford pickup truck pulled in front of the Mustang, which ended up in a field on the side of the road.

Wall VFD also said the driver of the Mustang was taken, by ambulance, to Community Medical Center in San Angelo with "non-life threatening injuries."

The Texas Department of Public Safety and the Tom Green County Sheriff's Department have an open investigation into the crash. No official cause or citations have been given at this time.
