Ford Pickup and Nissan Collide on Van Buren

 

There was a two-vehicle crash in the middle of the intersection of N. Van Buren and Dallas at approximately 9 p.m.

According to San Angelo police, a Nissan passenger car was westbound on Dallas and the Ford pickup was northbound on Van Buren. The vehicles met in the middle of the intersection.

Police are sorting out the details, but said that the investigation will likely result in a citation for one of the parties.

The driver of the Ford truck attempted to leave the scene on foot, declaring that he was going to a relative’s house to get assistance. Police corralled the driver at the scene.

There were no major injuries.
