According to Officer Palmer, the driver of a Malibu traveling northbound on the inside lane on Bryant hit the driver of a Jaguar who was traveling eastbound, spun around, and hit a BMW driving from the east and about to make a turn onto Bryant to go north.

Because all the drivers claimed they had a green light, Officer Palmer said, “I have not issued a citation at this time.”

Officer Palmer did say, however, based on the evidence, the driver of the Malibu is at fault.

“In my opinion, she ran the red light,” he said.
