At approximately 6:30 p.m., San Angelo Police were dispatched to a two-car crash involving a silver Chevy Sonic and a white Chrysler 300 on Southwest Blvd. and Sherwood Way.
According to Officer Able Nandin at the scene, the driver of the Chevy was heading westbound on Sherwood Way and failed to yield the right of way as he was turning left to the Chrysler traveling eastbound.
Nandin said there were three passengers in the Chevy and one passenger in the Chrysler. None of the drivers, nor the passengers, sustained life-threatening injuries. There were, however, minor injuries, but no one went to the hospital.
The driver of the Chevy received a citation for failure to yield the right of way and for no insurance.
