Slick Roads: Red Minivan Rolls Over and Off Loop 306

A female driver was involved in a roll-over crash in her red minivan today at approximately 7:30 p.m. on the Loop 306 eastbound lanes near the Knickerbocker Rd. exit.

According to San Angelo police, witnesses told the investigators that the van started swerving and it appeared that the driver over-corrected. The van entered a sideways skid, running off the south side of the roadway.

The van rolled over only ¼ turn, onto the driver’s side, coming to a rest in the median between the Loop 306 roadway and the off-ramp to Knickerbocker.

Police said that the sole occupant driver was not injured, nor was there any property damage.
