Robert Lee Resident Dies In Mysterious Car Crash

 

Robert Lee resident Lindsey Wright died in a car crash caused by unknown factors this morning.

While traveling northbound on TX 208 at 3:40 a.m. about nine miles south of Robert Lee, Wright drove off the roadway for reasons unknown and struck a tree. She was driving at a speed of 75 mph in a 2012 Nissan Titan and was not wearing a seatbelt. She was pronounced dead by the Coke County JP. The investigation of the crash is ongoing.
