Pickup Slams into a Power Pole on 27th Street

An older model Chevrolet pickup slammed into a power pole on 27th Street mid-morning Monday.

According to the San Angelo police, the driver and sole occupant of the truck took a sharp turn too wide and ended up burying the front of the truck into the pole. Police said there may have been a medical incident that caused the driver to turn wide.
