Young Boy Hit by Vehicle at Lake Nasworthy

A young boy was injured at Spring Creek Marina early Monday morning and taken to the hospital. Over the radio, EMS crews were advised that the vehicle possibly ran over both of the boy’s legs. However, the ambulance left at around 9:20 a.m. without lights or sirens.

San Angelo police are on the scene gathering information from what appears to be a family of campers to which the boy is believed to be a party.
