UPDATE 5:15 p.m.

Officer Loudermilk of the SAPD confirmed that the driver of the Mini Coop is still at large. The suspect seen fleeing the scene by witnesses is reported to be about 5'7" in height, wearing a brown shirt, and has facial and neck tattoos. The two suspects at the scene just so happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, one was arrested for a warrant. Loudermilk says that the owner of the vehicle has been identified, but was unable to be reached at the time. The vehicle was impounded for futher investigation, and there is no indication that the vehicle was stolen, it was most likely loaned out to what apparently was the wrong person to entrust a vehicle.
