Three Car Pile-Up on Sherwood Way at Sunset

The eastbound direction of Sherwood Way at Sunset Blvd is reduced to two lanes at 2:30 p.m. this afternoon because of a major motor vehicle crash involving three cars.

A red Jeep, gold Chevrolet pickup and a black Kia Optima were involved in what looks like a cascade of rear-ending. It appears that the gold pickup was at the end of the pileup. The Jeep is in the front.

The ambulance left with a female victim of the crash without lights and sirens. She appeared to be lucid, according to our reporter on the ground.

Same thing every single day....give me a break. People are driving way too fast for the traffic congestion, they are riding the bumper of the car in front, they are distracted...that leads to rear-end collisions. How many before folks figure out to slow down and allow sufficient distance between themselves and the car in front of them. And people wonder why their insurance rates just keep going up? Really????? The drivers on Southwest Blvd at 7:50 am every morning on their way to Performant are enough to say off that street - they will mow you over in a 35 mph zone just to get to work because they are running late....every single day, same folks pull into the same parking lot. FED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
