#COVER1 Bobcats Preview: Where The Success of San Angelo Central Football Begins

SAN ANGELO, TX -  If you ask San Angelo Central head coach Brent Davis what goes into crafting a successful Texas high school football program there's a good chance he'll say it starts with building from the bottom beginning with the middle school programs.

Since Davis' arrival, he and staff have done just that which has equated to some of the most successful teams in program history.

On Tuesday night the feeder programs of Lee Middle School and Glenn Middle School went head-to-head in the regular-season finale. A hard-fought game it was in which both teams battled deep into the fourth quarter, but it was Glenn who outlasted Lee 8-6.

In this week's #COVER1 Bobcats Preview the game was given some Friday night like attention with full highlights, post-game reaction while featuring the bands and cheerleaders.

This week's Bobcats Preview is presented by Heart of Texas Ford in Brady, TX and Twisted Root Burger Company
