Litterer Charged with Evading Arrest, Thursday Crime up for the Week

A litterer was charged with evading arrest Thursday; one of 28 inmates booked into the Tom Green County Jail. Marijuana, assault and theft each accounted for three additional bookings, followed by possession, DWI and PI with two apiece. There was also a manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance charge. 

Nineteen inmates were released on Thursday.
