Alcohol Contributes to Sunday Arrests

Twenty-seven inmates were booked into the Tom Green County Jail on Sunday, five of which were for DWI and six for PI. Possession accounted for four bookings, while assault and theft trailed behind at three. Pot, possession of a switchblade and injury to a child/elderly/disabled person each added one inmate to the jail population.

Twenty-six inmates were released on Sunday.
