San Angelo Getting New Teriyaki Vibes

SAN ANGELO, TX — The building at 2001 West Harris Avenue, previously home to Pho Saigon (and earlier a Rooster's chicken location), now features a new sign reading "Dragon Teriyaki."

A business named Dragon Teriyaki 1987 LLC is registered to the address, suggesting plans for a new teriyaki restaurant in the space, which has been vacant since Pho Saigon's closure in July 2024.

No online listings, menus, reviews or other details confirm that the business is currently operational. It appears to be in preparation but not yet open.

No further information is available at this time.
