2025 San Angelo HBA Parade of Homes Showcases City's Best Builds

SAN ANGELO, TX — It’s a spring tradition that coincides with rodeo season, and it’s back for another tour through San Angelo’s most prestigious neighborhoods. The 2025 San Angelo Home Builders Association Parade of Homes features 11 custom-built homes from seven local builders, each showcasing modern designs, craftsmanship, and luxury living.

This year’s tour begins on the shores of Lake Nasworthy, winds through the scenic streets of Bentwood and Southland, and finishes in Santa Rita on one of San Angelo’s most sought-after addresses. Some of the homes are located on streets so new, even Google Maps hasn't caught up.

The homes are open for tours Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Builders and their representatives will be on site to offer guided walk-throughs, reveal hidden features, and answer questions. Subcontractors and craftspeople may also be available to discuss their contributions.

Here’s a look at this year’s featured homes:
