Mixed-Use Retail and Social Concept Coming to Former Martial Pint Location

SAN ANGELO, TX – A new mixed-use retail and social space is coming to downtown San Angelo at 19 E. Concho Ave., the former location of The Martial Pint.

BJ Huey announced that Signature Stag and Huey Ventures, LLC have partnered to develop the concept, which will include retail and social elements.

Huey, who has long admired downtown San Angelo, said, “Since I was a child, I’ve always had fond memories and loved the charm downtown San Angelo brings and have also been impressed with its growth and development over the years.”

The space will house Signature Stag, a men’s clothing retailer with locations in Lubbock and Midland, as well as other yet-to-be-announced components. Huey and business partner Natalie Nicole Huey saw the opportunity to acquire the location and move forward with their vision.

“When the opportunity came along to purchase 19 East Concho Ave. (the former Martial Pint location), Natalie Nicole Huey and I knew we had to jump at the opportunity!” Huey said. “We are so excited to show you what we have in store.”
