SAN ANGELO, TX – Chick-fil-A’s newest location in San Angelo officially opened its doors today, Jan. 30, 2025, at 2210 N. Bryant Blvd.
The restaurant, operated by local Owner-Operator Jordan Hancock, marks the fifth Chick-fil-A serving the San Angelo market.
To celebrate opening day, Chick-fil-A is honoring 100 local heroes with free entrées for a year.
Hancock, a Georgia native who has lived in San Angelo for four years, has been with Chick-fil-A since 2010. His career includes time in the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program, where he gained experience overseeing operations at 16 locations before becoming the Owner-Operator of Chick-fil-A Sunset Mall in 2021.
“For more than 15 years, Chick-fil-A has been an essential part of my life and my family’s life,” said Hancock. “I’m honored to continue serving this community and look forward to creating an environment where Team Members can build meaningful careers and Guests feel truly welcomed. I hope the restaurant can become an epicenter of opportunity and growth for those looking to make a positive impact on their futures.”
The new location is expected to employ about 100 full- and part-time workers, with a focus on training, career development, and scholarship opportunities for employees.
As part of its launch, Chick-fil-A donated $25,000 to Feeding America to support hunger relief efforts in the greater San Angelo area. The restaurant is also participating in Chick-fil-A’s Shared Table program, which donates surplus food to local food banks, shelters, and nonprofit organizations.
Chick-fil-A Bryant Blvd. & 23rd St. will be open Monday through Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out, delivery, and mobile-thru service.
Customers can place orders via the Chick-fil-A app, online, or in person.
The other four Chick-fil-A locations are on Knickerbocker, Sherwood, inside the Sunset Mall, and on campus at Angelo State University.
