Cork and Pig Hopes to Reopen Soon After Construction Halts Operations

SAN ANGELO, TX - The Cork and Pig Tavern in San Angelo is closed for construction, according to signage posted on the front door.

We spoke to the owner of the business who said they are hoping for the business to be open as quickly as possible, and as early as sometime this week, but a specific date was unknown.

“Sorry for the inconvenience,” a sign on the front door read. “Closed due to construction issues.”

There were no specific details regarding the construction.

“We just hope everything turns out beautiful and wonderful for our guests,” an owner said.

Cork and Pig has also been working on a patio on the east side of the eatery, located at 1407 Knickerbocker Road.
