Here’s What’s Replacing San Angelo’s Old Sitel Building

SAN ANGELO, TX — The once-vacant Sitel Building on Loop 306 is undergoing a transformation into the "Technology Tower," a six-story office space that will house Snider Technology and VGI Technology, along with professional offices for small and medium-sized businesses.

The 63,328-square-foot building was acquired after Sitel Corporation shifted to a work-from-home model during the COVID-19 pandemic, leaving the structure unused since late 2020.

VGI Technology and Snider Technology will occupy one floor each, with additional spaces available for lease ranging from 400 to 8,400 square feet.

Plans include shared amenities such as a gym, training rooms, and conference areas to attract tenants, according to information.
