SAN ANGELO, TX — San Angelo’s new Skechers store, located in the former Party City building at 4141 Sunset Dr., will open tomorrow, October 10, according to signage on the storefront.
This will mark the arrival of the footwear brand’s newest location in West Texas.
Skechers Set to Open Tomorrow on Sunset Drive
San Angelo LIVE! previously reported on the store’s development in January 2024 when Skechers applied for a building permit from the City of San Angelo. The location has been vacant since July 2023, and Skechers has since completed a $400,000 renovation of the space.
Skechers operates 54 other locations in Texas, with nearby stores in Abilene, Midland, and Odessa.
The company designs, develops, and markets a wide range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories for adults and children, including popular lines such as Skechers Sport, Slip-ins, D’Lites, and the charitable Bobs collection.
