SAN ANGELO, TX— After almost three years, signs have finally gone up at Awesome Donut Shop.
In the September 2022 Building and Inspection Permit Report, a permit was issued for Awesome Donut Shop at 4382 Southwest Boulevard, in the amount of $650,000.

After that, the building sat for quite some time until May 2024, when construction crews were seen performing dirt work to pour the parking lot. Work has been done here and there over the years, but now, signs have gone up, and San Angelo is much closer to having another donut shop.
An official opening date has yet to be confirmed.
