SAN ANGELO, TX — Calling all nerds as a new video game and card store has opened up named "Spellbound Cards & Games" and "Pixel Junkies".
Spellbound Cards & Games has partnered with Pixel Junkies and they opened a new shop located at 3230 Sherwood Way and has everything from classic NES to PS5 games, consoles, collectibles, and trading cards including Pokemon and Magic the Gathering among others. Pixel Junkies is handling the video game aspect of the store while Spellbound is handling the cards.

They also have collectibles such as Funko Pops, posters, statues, and clothing.
Spellbound will have weekly events throughout the week as follows:
Monday:
- 6:15 p.m.- Pokemon (Gym Leader Challenge)
- 7:15 p.m.- Yu-Gi-Oh! (Edison)
Tuesday:
- 6:15 p.m.- Pokemon (standard)
- 7:15 p.m.- Vanguard
Wednesday:
- 7:15 p.m.- Magic the Gathering (standard)
Thursday:
- 7:15 p.m.- Yu-Gi-Oh! (Advanced)
- All Day- Magic the Gathering (Commander)
Friday:
- 7:15 p.m.- Magic the Gathering (Friday Night Magic)
Saturday:
- 1:15 p.m.- Pokemon (standard)
- Yu-Gi-Oh! (advanced)
Sunday:
- 1:15 p.m.- Lorcana
- 4:15 p.m.- Magic the Gathering (modern)
